  1. If you cant meet the standard requirements for a physical fitness test for any branch of the military you really have no business joining the military. They will teach you everything you need to know on how to do your job but if you fail to show up physically prepared your just wasting their time at that point.

  2. Back in 1978 when I enlisted in the U.S. Navy we were mostly already in shape given that we did not have video games, internet, cell phones, or cable TV. We spent most of our time after school hours outside playing sports or throwing rocks at each other.

  3. The same people who says it's weak or easy would be crying???? some things are more mental than physical. Seen Marines cry on a ship because they haven't seen land in over two months. No branch is better than the other they are trained in different areas but fuck all that GO NAVY!!!!!!!????????

  4. That’s just the morning stuff what it doesn’t show is how often the entire division gets dropped for one persons mistake and ends up doing 80 10 counts, and a crap ton of other things.
