Sitapur Unnam Rape case and accused Kuldeep Singh Sengar and another accused Shashi Singh, who is accused of murdering the victim, are being taken to Sitapur District Jail from Delhi. She will be present in Delhi's thirty-five thousand court tomorrow. Earlier on Sunday, several different CBI teams were stunned to reach the city and the Manki village on Sunday morning. Replying to media queries from accused Kuldeep Singh Sengar, who is being taken to Delhi from Sitapur, said, "I was a BJP worker and I am very active in whatever party I live in. I trust the court, the CBI all. This is a political conspiracy. I wish that my God (Unnao rape victim and his lawyer) be all right. Both the accused of Unnao Rape Case will be presented before the court on August 5 at 12:30. It is being told that this case can also be heard on a daily basis. The CBI has handed over the file and charge sheet of the four cases related to the incident to the judge who has been given the responsibility of settling within the stipulated time.

In the remaining 3 cases, the date for August 6 has been fixed for the hearing. The time for Tuesday also will be 12:30 pm. District Judge (West) Dharmesh Sharma on Saturday issued a production warrant for August 5 in the name of all the accused, including the main accused Sengar in the main case related to the gangrape incident of a 17 year old girl. According to information from sources, there are 14 accused in all four cases. Six of these accused are on bail, while eight accused including the accused leader are lodged in the UP jail under judicial custody.

On August 1, the Supreme Court had directed the five cases related to Unnao case to be transferred to Delhi. The case involves an accident case along with a rape case. On the demand of the CBI, the Supreme Court has agreed to continue the extradition case only in the Lucknow court. The trial court has given a deadline to complete it within 45 days after the Supreme Court has started hearing in these cases. Which will be heard daily. Meanwhile, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) conducted raids on properties of accused accused Kuldeep Singh Sengar and other accused in the Unnao riot case on Sunday. CBI raided Sengar and other accused properties in Lucknow, Unnao, Banda and Fatehpur districts.
