The decision of J & K leadership to reject two national principles in 1947 and meet with India has been left behind. The decision to cancel Article 370 of the Indian Government is illegal, unilateral and unconstitutional. This will make India an autocratic power in Jammu and Kashmir.
Mehbooba tweeted that there would be catastrophic consequences for the subcontinent. The intentions of Government of India are clear. They want to scare the people of Jammu and Kashmir region. India has failed to fulfill its promises to Kashmir.
BJP leader Subramanian Swamy tweeted that constitutional amendment will not be required to remove Article 370. Amit Shah has informed Sasand that the President has already approved it. Article 370 died today
So I am proved right To abolish Art 370 We do not need a Constitutional Amendment. Amit Shah has not yet informed Parliament Art 370 died today Collaterally so Art 35 A
