new Delhi : In Unnao Rape case, hearing will be held on Monday in Delhi's Thirty Hijari court. In the previous hearing, the court had issued a production warrant against the main accused Kuldeep Singh Sengar and the other accused Shashi Singh. The court had asked both the accused to appear before the court on August 5 at 12.30 pm. The CBI accused MLA has come from Sitapur jail to Delhi.

Apart from this, the family's opinion was sought for recruitment of the victim in AIIMS. The court had directed the Uttar Pradesh government to pay compensation of Rs 25 lakh to the victim's family. The court had ordered the victim's family to provide CRPF security. As per the court, the court had said that if the rape victim wants, then we can order her to lift the air from Delhi to Lucknow for treatment.
