port of Spain: The India-A cricket team, on the fourth and final day of the second unofficial Test match played at the Queens Park Oval, defeated West Indies A by seven wickets on Saturday and made an unbeatable 2-0 lead in the three-match Test series. The West Indies-A team had given India-A the target of 278 runs, which the visiting team lost three wickets in 79.1 overs.
India-A had scored 185 runs for the loss of three wickets on the third day of the match and he achieved the goal without losing any wicket on the fourth day.
On the other hand, Mayank Agarwal made 81 off 133 balls with 10 fours, Priyank Panchal scored 122 balls with nine fours and a six with 68, Abhimanyu Ishwar made an unbeaten 62 and Anmol Preet with eight fours in 132 balls. Singh scored an unbeaten 51 off 88 balls with eight fours.
Priyank Panchal, India-A captained half-century in both innings of the match, received Man of the Match award.
Cheema Holder took two wickets and Ryan Reifer took one wicket from West Indies A.
India A had won the ODI series 4-1. The third match of the Test series will now be played from August 6.
