Here is the reply I received from my insurance company.
“The insurance slip that the other driver provided was not valid.
I had to call the company to get the new policy information.
I had to send the insurance company a report to open the claim to investigate fault determination.”
So my opinion is that the employee /driver of the car doesn’t have the integrity you expect from a law firm you do business with.
Also, I overheard the conversation the driver had with her colleague after the accident and she told him that I appeared out of nowhere and struck her.
Obviously not what we see in the video. But this does explain why she was trying to place fault on me and asking about settling without insurance.
