    Very strangely, when I try what you say, it won't prompt me for a password, so I'm not sure if I've actually managed to enter a new proxy or not.
    Maybe I'm doing something wrong? How can I check that?
    Also, I would like to ask you how to set more than one proxy on the same chrome account, and if there's a practicle way to switch from one proxy to the other.

  2. I think this is just a previous version of chrome. Click on the button in the top right corner (three horizontal bars), go to settings, hit show advanced settings, scroll down to network and hit change proxy settings. its the same from there.
