  1. To whom it may concern:

My name is Kalynn and I represent the 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, officially listed as Routt County Alcohol and Drug Abuse Advisory Council, INC. You may find our nonprofit listed in good standing with the Office of the Secretary of the State of Colorado. In the interest of full transparency, I would like to take this opportunity to elaborate on the nature of our organization. We are a nonprofit originally established in November of 1976 to provide involuntary commitment mental health treatment services. Our original purpose was to offer high caliber mental health services to members of the community who were required by law to receive treatment.

Several years ago, the 14th Judicial District also contracted our services for community service supervision as outlined in Colorado Statutes CRS 42-4-1301.4, CRS18-1.3-102, CRS 18-1.3-507. We are the only designated community service supervision entity for Routt County recognized by the 14th Judicial District and the Colorado Alternative Sentencing Program (CASP). The Routt County Combined Court requested our services for community service supervision due to our nonprofit status and existing relationship with the court. We do not receive any grants or government funding for our program; we operate as a financially independent entity from the court system. Please refer to the Colorado Statues listed above for further clarification on services we provide as well as the administration and liability fees we charge and what they cover.

I detailed the information above because the Routt County Alcohol Council appreciates your desire for transparency within the legal process. However, we must also abide by HIPPA laws governing the confidentiality of our patients. As mentioned in the video, our nonprofit shares an office with several private practicing mental health professionals, including counselors and prescribers. Video tapping patients as they enter or leave our office for their appointments is a violation of their confidentiality. We are deeply committed to maintaining the legal and ethical sanctity of our patients’ rights to privacy. It is critical that individuals may seek help in the mental health field without the fear of public exposure on the internet. Due to the fact that your video captures images of a person entering our office for an appointment, I must ask that you take this video down out of respect for that client’s rights. I hope that a man so dedicated to protecting the civil liberties of individual citizens will understand.

    Thank you for your consideration,

    Routt County Alcohol Council

  2. DUMBERICAN IDIOTS DO NOT LIKE YOUR FREEDOMS AND THEY ACTUALLY HAVE THE NERVE TO SAY THAT ABOUT PEOPLE IN OTHER COUNTRIES THEY HAVE GONE TO WAR WITH AND BOMBED AND COMMITTED ALL KINDS OF HUMAN ATROCITIES THAT GOES DIRECTLY AGAINST GOD'S AND HIS SON JESUS' COMMANDMENTS. WHAT PART OF TO LOVE ONE ANOTHER AS YOU LOVE YOURSELF DO THESE DUMBERICAN IDIOTS NOT UNDERSTAND? IT IS AN ABSOLUTE SHAMEFUL DISGRACE ALL THAT WE ARE SEEING TODAY AND SO FAR REMOVED FROM THE TEACHINGS OF JESUS ITS NOT EVEN FUNNY ANYMORE AND IT NEVER WAS FUNNY AND THESE PEOPLE ARE AN ABSOLUTE JOKE THAT DARE TO CALL THEMSELVES CHRISTIANS AND A CHRISTIAN NATION. NOT EVEN CLOSE!!

  3. Travis, it’s clear you’ve touched a few nerves with a pin lately. The trolls are bubbling up more every day, as are the well meaning but misguided advice givers. I think a lot of people feel somehow threatened that you might have achieved a higher quality of life exploring this beautiful and flawed country than the troll who spends his entire frustrated life on a hamster wheel being unexplainably angry and discontented. And now for my own misguided advice: please allow your subs to support you financially in small ways like superchat. The legal system is hopelessly corrupt and heartlessly unconcerned with justice or constitutional rights. The scales are tipped against you. You won’t get rich, and the haters will chortle “see, it’s all about money” but in some small way people like me would be grateful to be allowed to help.

  4. Why are you interviewing these people, your arrest had nothing to do with alcohol. Suggestion, only focus on your specific case, quit talking or posting about your case or people involved in it. Only consult your attorney and only your attorney. When they say do not talk to the police, they really mean it because they will use everything you say against you and by posting videos, they know your strategy and you that against you.
