Hi there, can you please help me out I've got a couple of questions, im going holiday in 2 weeks and I'm desperate to lose love handles. so here's the deal im skinny and bulking up with a clean diet, i've been working out for 3 months now and i've put on some muscle mass, except those Love handles r not going away, im doing an abs routine aswel so can I do your workouts everyday in the morning on an empty stomach, if so will I lose muscle mass as im trying to do no cardio?…comment part 1
