new Delhi: The Indian cricket team has been announced for the Test series against South Africa (India vs South Africa). Despite being invincible in the West Indies tour, some changes have been made in the Indian team. Opener KL Rahul has been dropped from the team. The young Shubman Gill has been entered. The first Test between India and South Africa will be played from 2 October. Before this, both teams will play T20 series.
The BCCI's chief selector MSK Prasad (MSK Prasad) announced the test team on Thursday. With the announcement of the team, it has become clear that the new opening pair will start the innings against South Africa. There is every chance that Rohit Sharma will start the Indian innings with Mayank Agarwal. MSK Prasad said that he wants to give Rohit Sharma as an opener in the upcoming series.

Apart from KL Rahul, Umesh Yadav (Umesh Yadav) has also not got a place in the Indian team. Umesh Yadav was included in the Test team on the West Indies tour, but he did not get a place in the playing XI. With Umesh Yadav out of the team, it has been decided that only three bowlers Jaspreet Bumrah, Mohammad Shami and Ishant Sharma will handle Team India's fast attack.
There has been no change in the spin attack of Team India. Like the West Indies tour, Ravindra Jadeja, Ravichandran Ashwin and Kuldeep Yadav remain in the team. Only one spinner got a place in the playing eleven on the Windies tour. This number may increase against South Africa. India can land against South Africa with two fast bowlers and two spinners.
