Kabul: 24 people are reported to have been killed in the horrific bomb blast at the rally of Afghan President Ashraf Ghani. 31 people were injured in this blast in Afghanistan's Northern Parwan province. According to Afghan officials, the blast occurred in a police vehicle close to the rally site of President Ashraf Ghani.
Hamid Aziz, the spokesman of the presidential campaign, says that the President was present there at the time of the Ghani blast, he is safe. Aziz said that he will give detailed information about this later. Provincial governor spokesperson in Parwan, Wahida Shahkar, says the explosion took place while the rally was going on at the entrance of the venue on Tuesday.
