He said, 'Along with agriculture, we are giving special emphasis on blue economy too. The budget has been talked about in detail for the development of marine resources and all the underwater resources in coastal areas. Now we are looking at the farmer as the exporter ahead of the nutrient. We have enough capacity to export food, milk, fruits and vegetables, honey or organic products. Therefore, special emphasis has been laid on creating an environment for the export of agricultural products in the budget.
