  1. If anyone is curious most places suggest you need around a gram (~0.8g) of protein per lb of body weight a day so someone that weighs 170lbs needs just under 170lbs grams of protein per day. However that’s often for sedintary people so you probably want more that.

    Seen Trevor the protein "dealer" who sells to PE teacher's and drives the dealer's 1st choice of car a range rover. Stay away from protein kids or you to might end up wanting to get fit and healthy instead what you want to do is use heroin its much better for you.

  3. Your body takes in amino acids from food and converts it to protein. Taking in protein will not build muscle. And everyone is different genetically. Not everyone will create muscle the same way. If you take loads of protein, you will likely just flush it out in the toilet. I have heard some medical research that suggests it can put a strain on the kidneys trying to filter a high protein diet out as well. You will need to increase your h2o intake to keep your kidneys flushed. People are lazy and inpatient, so they listen to infomercials and fitness professionals getting paid to BS them.

  4. Im on protein shakes 2 times a day. My life is fucked…. I cant get off of it. Im stealing protein from every walmart in town. I even stole a chicken from a nearby farm and butchered the chicken for more protein cuz im a junkie. Im out of control. Fuck, im literally on my way to rip off a gnc right now for protein powder. If that dont work ill be back to workin a street corner to support my habit. HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
