  4. I believe those are 12-pound dumbbells. You can do this with whatever weight feels best for you! You want the weight to be challenging, but you also want to find a weight that allows you to maintain good form.

  5. Not letting your knees go past 90 degrees is also an old school mentality because the range of motion for each individual is different depending on ankle and hip flexibility. If you increase your hip and ankle flexibility you can squat as to ground and your knees will be good.
