  1. i used to do intense work out but due to my sciatica, my doctor advised me to avoid intense workout anymore or stop going to the gym. cant even lift 10lbs dumbells. 🙁 now im gaining much weight 🙁 what kind of exercise can help me tolose weight and be toned without doing medium to high intensity workout?

  2. This is great for anyone after they've had surgery and are easing back into cardio or HIIT. I myself have a little cheap stair stepper that uses a resistance band for the arms that would be perfect to use for this only it would also target the core
