  1. Interesting, now the only problem with that is, why would you want to do that? i mean, why not just incorporate compound exercises to work them at the same time? for example it was a good example to add that retraction part at the pull-downs, i wouldn't dedicate a day on "retractors" but i would try and incorporate them in compound movements, great video still thank you for sharing
