  1. No, I am not from USSSA Pride.  At the time I made this video, I was an assistant coach and the video was intended only as demonstration for our athletes who were home for the summer, but apparently 30,000 have found it.  

    The sets/reps are as follows:  
    Squat jumps 3×10
    Wall sits 4×60 sec.
    Sit in position- butt up 4×60 sec.
    Marines 2×10
    Walk across 3×5/side
