  1. Starter doing this conditioning workout after a while and man it's intense. Started with two rounds (8 minutes), the following week three rounds (12 minutes), and last week 4 rounds (16 minutes). Looking to see if I can reach 5 rounds (20 minutes). But round 4 I was sweating. The jumping star press is the hard one for me. But overall this is better than an elliptical. Trust me, newcomers of Athlean-X these burst conditioning workouts are crazy intense.
