Father wanted to do dairy business
Ravi Kishan was originally from Jaunpur. Ravi Kishan had told during an interview that his father had a dairy business which had closed down and he wanted me to start it. When I was fond of acting, my mother gave me 500 rupees, after which I moved from Jaunpur to Mumbai.

Ravi Kishan had told that his father believed that I was born with the blessings of God. Had my father not beat me, I would have been an addict. He gave me the lesson to sleep early at night and wake up early in the morning. It was also because of my father that I remained connected with spirituality.
