While in the Dominican Republic I shot a mini bodybuilding routine I performed in the very small and limited hotel gym. Week 1 – 2 Sets
Week 2 – 3 Sets
Week 3 – 4 Sets
Week 4 – 5 Sets
A1 – Incline Dumbbell Triceps Extensions – 5 reps
A2 – Dumbbell Close Grip Floor Presses – 10 reps
A3 – Triceps Overhead Rope Extensions – 20 reps
Rest 2-3 minutes and repeat.
