Islamabad: At the behest of Pakistan, China's attempt to raise the Kashmir issue in the UN Security Council may have proved a failure, but Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan believes that the Security Council has discussed the Kashmir issue and it is welcome. Imran said this by tweeting on Thursday. He wrote, 'The problem of Kashmir is recognized internationally and it is part of the agenda of the Security Council. Pakistan welcomes the debate on the issue of Kashmir in the UN Security Council.
Imran said in a tweet, "The seriousness of the situation is being revealed by the Security Council discussing the Kashmir issue. He said, "Pakistan will continue their moral and diplomatic support till Kashmiris get the right to self-determination."
Pakistan has to be beaten again at the top stage of the world, 10 powerful countries gave 'India's support'
Significantly, on the basis of Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi's letter accusing India of many, China put the Kashmir issue in the Security Council for discussion. China did not get support of other members in this closed room discussion. Other member countries said that this is a bilateral matter between India and Pakistan. These two countries have mechanisms to deal with it, there is no need to interfere in the Security Council.
After such meetings, the council usually issues a statement, but in this case the council did not feel the need to even issue a statement.
