The name of the person who fired is Gopal. During the protest against the citizenship law in Jamia, Delhi, Gopal first waved for long enough and then opened fire. The bullet was targeted at the media, which hit Jamia's student Shadab. While the accused was waving the pistol, the Delhi Police did not arrest him, Gopal was arrested when he fired.
The injured Shadab has been admitted to the hospital. Before firing, Gopal also made several posts on Facebook about Shaheen Bagh and also posted a video on Facebook Live. Gopal is said to be a resident of Noida's jewelry, the police is questioning Gopal.
