  5. I did this work out for the first time today. It was such a huge challenge that I ended up taking longer breaks between sets just to get through the entire routine!! But I feel that this routine over-emphasizes the upper body workouts at the expense of the lower body.My arms are killing me and its been only 4 hours since I left the gym but I barely feel anything in my lower body ! Great video nonetheless !
